Delete your account

You can permanently delete your cnstncy account and all associated data at any time. For your security, we confirm the request by email before anything is removed.

  1. 1Enter the email address for your cnstncy account below.
  2. 2We'll send a confirmation link to that address.
  3. 3Open the email and tap “Delete my account” to confirm it's you.
  4. 4Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile — name, email address, and sign-in details
  • Everything you've logged — workouts, exercises, meals, nutrition, water, weight and body measurements
  • Your habits and full habit history
  • Nutrition plans, workout templates, and weekly schedules
  • Weekly reports, home layouts, and app preferences

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Residual copies in encrypted backups are fully purged within 30 days.

What we may keep

  • Anonymised, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained to help improve the app.
  • A minimal record may be kept only where the law requires it (for example, tax or fraud-prevention obligations) — this never includes your health or activity data.
